Thats a shame but the good side is that big trucks are much easier to do body work on. You have more room to work. Find someone with a Porta-power and you should be able to jack out the damage. Look at it and figure how it was pushed in and jack it out just the opposite. You will find it comes pretty close to original and will need only some hammer and dolly work. I hate to say it but I will bet they deny the claim. It is not worth fighting it after all you went through to get it.
