Do i need a return for my mep803 aux tanks setup?

I will be running two 90gal tanks with a four Way fuel sector valve and wanted to know if i needed a fuel return?

If you are using the sets original aux fuel in, no.

The set doesn't run off the auxiliary tanks, so no (as Scoobyshep pointed out). The aux fuel circuit only refills the onboard day tank.

In the 70's we used German Beer cases. They would withstand a nuke, they are so tough. Perfict height to look intot he control panel.

Yes it will be enclosed soon. Can't wait till it's all done. Lol

Just be sure when you enclose it you account for cooling air in and out. Plus the exhaust but I am sure you have that one covered.

I had someone ask me to modify a keg to a fuel tank. they brought a huge nut and bolt for the filler neck. I asked where they wanted the vent, I was told that there was a fuel pump and they didnt need a vent. After several moments of trying to explain a simple bit of physics to him, I welded it up, charged him the stupid rate and without surprise he had a week of trying to figure why the engine kept stalling. the look on his face when i cracked the top and it worked was priceless. well it did come with me charging him again to put a vent in.
