Do The 5 Ton Cargo Trucks I See Have PTO

I have a deuce that has a PTO and it sure comes in handy.

Do the 5 ton rigs have this?

If they have a winch they do. But some of the trucks have the pto and HD ( called Wet Kit) setup but no winch, look for the HD tank on them or the controls in the cab.

Unless the truck (M939 series) came with a winch or a dump bed they usually do not have a PTO installed (but some USMC M939 trucks came equipped with the PTO wet kit) A PTO setup can be installed without much issue if wanted.
