Does a 60amp alternator have a 12v post?

Having some wiring issues on my Humvee which led me to check voltage under the cover on the alternator. Wire 2A which is a small wire reads 14.2v while running. That would be correct voltage for a 12v system but I didn’t know the 60amp had any 12v outputs.
Wire 2A is the wire from ignition to alternator so I figured it should have 24v.
The other two wires (one big and one small) both are showing 28.4v which sounds correct.
Does anyone happen to know what the voltage should be at all 3 posts?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes the IGN. lead should have 28V there is no 12V tap on any 60A alternator that I know of, others will correct me if I am wrong, that voltage comes off of the same place in the EESS box as the charging lead so I am a little confused why they are not the same, on the 60A alternator the output is switched by the same relay as the ign. lead.

EDIT actually 2A is the sense lead, the ign lead is 5A so that sounds about right as you would be reading AC on 2A

The sense wire is connected to the windings in the alternator, its voltage is irrelevant and again it is AC not DC, it tells the EESS the vehicle is running.
If you are seeing 28.4V at the batteries then the alternator is charging.
