Does the m800 use the same caging bolts as an fmtv

Using a big rig wrecker and a lowboy we're going to move an old inoperable m813 across the city. I don't know the condition of the brakes or if they're caged or if caging bolts are present but I just want to know if the caging bolts from my fmtv will work with it because I'm just going to bring them in case it's needed and it doesn't have it in the m813

Yes, with a caveat: There are long (standard) and short caging bolts.
In particularly the short bolts might not reach to engage the spring plate.

809series trucks do not have springbrakes and therefore they don't require caging.

We got it moved with no problems. Bulldog towing was very professional, and their drivers were former Marine corps wrecker drivers. They got it moved into a very tight dead end neighborhood without so much as even running over a curb!
One question, the back of the truck on the left side of the bed says "140 CHEM". What's that stand for?... Oh I found it. The California national guard's 140th chemical company...

Pretty decent looking truck, hopefully you guys can get it going and stopping on its own soon. And glad you found a towing company that knew and understood the task at hand and probably even brought back some memories and spark for those operators
