I was thinking the same thing. I'm guessing it's turbo'd given the large hood scoop and passenger side air cleaner and with the US flag on it I'm wondering if it has ever been on US roads - that would be a wide load for sure.

The truck is in Las Cruces, NM. I pass by it almost everyday and I can tell you for sure it’s not photoshop. It’s one mean looking truck for sure!

I never met the owner, the truck is always just there and never seems to move. It has been a few years since I lived there though.

Check out how far the rear budd wheels are. Do you think it has the hubs flipped and is still dualled?
