It might seem like it, but I think a couple of airbag's and switches hooked up to an old Texas Instruments Speak & Spell is pretty much all he was using.
Nobody would even suspect that a semi-trailer container inconspicuously rolling down the street would have an M1009 inside as it's power plant.
