Door handle....

Well... the outside handle on the drivers door no longer retracts the bolt and opens the door... pulled the handle and the shaft does not show any wear... your thoughts???

BTW.. I owe everyone here a six pack!!!

Do a search for door handle. We have covered this several times and I have written up a couple of ways to fix it. It is a very easy fix though, a ten minute job.

First try would, for me, would be to lube the latch assy to let it mover free in the door, then I would switch handles with the other door... two screws...put white lube on the shaft before you put it in...
