I have a M101A2 with the hitch brake, before i bought it someone had spilled the Dot 5 brake fluid on the cylinder and all over the hitch. I have cleaned it with Mean green, a power washer, a high pressure washer with engine cleaner, and now carb cleaner. I have not been able to get all the silcon off the the hitch. How am I to clean this off so I can paint the hitch of the trailer?

It's a big bunch of stuff concerning Dot 5.
But in a nut shell it say's cleans up with the Paint thinner or mineral spirits in a well ventilated area.

Go to your local paint store and get some wax and silicon remover, "Prep-Sol", one that deals in auto body is more likely to have it.

Clean up stuff, not a better computer, that is. :p
