Drivers side steering knuckle

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of changing the drives side axle boot and I've run into a little problem. I can't figure out how to get that top knuckle arm(not exactly sure what to call it) off! I replaced the passengers side boot about two weeks ago and I had no problem doing it. Any help would be appreciated.

You talking about the steering arm bolted to the top of the knuckle?
