driving today truck starting vibrating

So today I drove aprox 2 hrs before needed some fuel. Made stop fueled up got back on road. Truck starts vibrating and almost bouncing. Felt like truck was studdering or shuttering. could feel vibration in seat and steering wheel. I did check drive shafts everything seems ok. tonight it ran fine. Possible causes?? I am thinking ip pump or injectors? fuel filter is new

tires and drive shafts would be intermitten it would vib every time at mph wouldnt it ?

Tires and shafts are always teh first reson for vibrations. After that it starts to get tricky!

motor mount is a cheap fix ok i can do that.... But it feels like more but i can start there !

it felt like there was some power loss too!

What condition are the shocks in? When is the last time the truck had a front end alignment? Lots of possibilities here.

That kind of heavy vibration-shuddering is what my truck started doing right before the transmission died.

You mentioned that you just fueled up and were wondering if the ip or injectors were the problem. Could you have pumped in some bad fuel?

my transfer case is leaking now may be the problem... gonna overhaul the transfer case. Grease the drive shaft.

tcase leak is probably just the rear output seal. could point at rear driveline issue.

Did it feel like the front of the truck was bouncing. How did it react when you hit the brakes?

Well i come home tomorrow. Friday morning I plan on doing motor mounts and transmission mounts. Greasing all suspension and drive shaft and fixing leak on transfer case should be a fun filled day of wonderful words coming out from under my truck. I guess thats a start. Havent really had any issues since the last time. I guess I will go from there. Thanks for the help guys

i felt the vib in the front i think first then i felt it in the floor and steering it was pretty weird never felt anything like that before!

So you were right. yesterday I was out of town and my drive shaft broke at the front u joint. 152.00 later i was up and running in a couple of hours.
I had them replace the front and rear !

could the front d/s been removed....and run on the rear....d/s.....?

i think the front is smaller in diameter and shorter but not sure
