Dump truck dilemma

We are clearing 30 acres of land to make pasture out of and I am in need of a dump truck to haul stumps and debris with.

I would consider buying one or renting if you trust me to take care of it or repair any damage.

It needs to be close to 35904 and cheap if for sale. I need it yesterday.

It will not leave the farm so road ability is not an issue...it just needs to be reliable and be able to work like a rented mule. I can flat tow here it to avoid insurance and tag issues.

My preference is a military one since the terrain is hilly here.

I just bought a 1961 M51a2 Multifuel dump for a project. I thought I was going to use the winch and Hyd PTO, but don't need them, so i'm going to buy an M52 tractor.

I paid $4,000 and $1,600 to get it here. It's in N. IL and seems to be a good truck, very solid, no rot. It does need to be gone through and fluids changed, etc as downshifting under speed is notchy.

If you're intersted, make me an offer. I would like to get what I paid, but am open to reasonable offers.

Talk to Joe. He has a friend in Cedartown who had a 5 ton gasser he was trying to sell. He was going to part it if he couldn't sell complete. Might be able to rent.....

Thanks Jim.......I spoke to Joe today and the guy had already sold the dumper....shame too...it was a multi-fuel with an LDS in it.

I'll keep on looking.

I was hoping to pull a rabbit out of the hat while we still have a 35,000 pound excavator on the property. I mostly need it now to haul brush and debris to a central burn point. I'll still need one to haul dirt for the dam.
