Eagle Quest MV & Modeler Show last weekend in Grapvine

Well, we attended the 'Eagle Quest' Modelers Convention (their 21st annual) and put on an MV display.

if you look at the bottom left of this shot, you will see the pix the modeler used to make his diorama - their attention to detail is stunning

I was talking to the modeler who stopped by and I told them "you know what the difference between your hobby and our is? When it's over, you box your models up and go home. We mount up and DRIVE our vehicles home"

We had a great time and what a wonderful group of folks we got to meet.

I'm looking forward to doing it again next year.
