Anyone know what the Cive equivalent part is for the male connector that fits into the instrument panel indicator lights?

Or have a bunch ( extra they'd be able to part with?

I don't believe there is a civi equivalent, however the Mil-Spec units can be purchased at:
Rubber Shell Connectors, (qty 20) MS27144-1 and MS27142-2

If you are not too concerned about maintaining military purity, there are civillian "bullet connectors" which will work. They come in two sizes so take one of your military connectors to the auto parts store to check the fit.

tried that - even went to Fry's where they have a wider selection of sizes - maybe its just the stores near me but none fit...
