Engine Date of replacement question?

Hello All,

I was doing some work on my engine and found this tag on the back of the right cylinder head. (sitting in the Truck) The engine must have been replaced at some point which I thought was great, but what date? I think someone forgot an number. Opinions? Thanks in advance!
