And this all started with the installation of your Arctic radiator cover?? I reconsidered putting mine on, but not now! Good luck in your repairs......again.

Got the new hose on, but snapped the horn tubing in the process! Will have it ready to run tomorrow after work

Got it running yesterday.... STILL LEAKING FROM TEH SAME SPOT.

Its not the hose... obviously. but the old one was junk...

It looks like the water pump was RTV'd on, and looks like the coolant is coming from the lowest bolt on the pump.... I am hoping I wasnt right initally about the pump! I cant seem to feel anything coming out of the weep hole, so it must be the gasket on the pump...

I sure hope it is that gasket! I will pull the radiator this week/weekend and get a good look. Its really cold, and windy... I really dont want to pull the radiator!

What gasket?
If it is coming from that hole, then your housing is cracked.

You mean coming out of the bolt hole? or the water pump weep hole?

I sure hope the housing isnt cracked... I wonder if its alum or steel...weldable? JB Weld if that were the case?

The housing is steel or cast iron.
