Essex A698A Reactive AC Load Bank manuals wanted

Interesting reactive load bank but can't find any documentation.

Anyone? 60kvar and they talk reactive - so inductive loads? oooo,aaahhh,ooooo,,,ahhhh

It was mounted on the tongue of the Engineer Shop set # 4. If I haven't tossed that disc out, I will find it, and send you the manuals. I am really, sincerely, regretting the fact I tossed out all this stuff when i stopped contracting!
