Exhaust Manifold Block-off Plate

I am hoping someone can help me out. I have a '77 M880 with the original 318. I am looking for a source for the block-off plates used on the exhaust manifolds. These are used to block off the emissions at the manifold. I had one blast off while going down the road and I need to replace it. I could get one made, but it would be so much easier to just order one. I appreciate any information y'all would have!

none of mine have that plate however i have seen the plate on other late-70's-80's chrysler products
