Exhaust Manifold Bolt Torque

What is the recommended exhaust manifold bolt torque value for an NHC-250? I found the assembly instructions in the TM but there is no mention of how much torque to apply to the bolts.

General torque values from a Cummins Engine Co. repair manual. Exhaust manifold bolts are 7/16-14.
