Exhaust pipe clamp needed

I need a clamp fabricated (can't find an original) and if any of you have the facilities to make one, please give me a quote.
Engine exhaust pipe is 3-1/2 inches and the heater exhaust is 1-1/2 inches in diameter. The holes are 3/8 dia.

If it's 3-1/2 inches in dia... got one from an M52A2 out there in OK, the original was missing and this one fits.

If it is, you could make a duct tape a bailing wire fix by...
using the clamps that hold the heat shield on a deuce stack and a brace band (used in chain link fencing)
