No Ie won't fit but how about behind the front bumper drivers side? The MEP-531A is 16 inches wide, 22 inches high and 29.5 inches long! it looks like a mod of the plate tray would only put it an inch and a half too tall for the dirvers side head light.IMG_2007.jpgIMG_2004.jpg
