Fender Cut Out for Exhaust...

I am adding a turbo to my M35A2 with a LD 465-1 and have the new clean air exhaust kit and I need to cut the hole in the passenger fender. The sheet that came with it was torn up from UPS and I have laid the hole out the best I can with what was left of the sheet but would like to have some dimensions to double check before I start cutting. I took a pic of a fender and added the dimensions I would like if somebody could come up with them. I was going to used and adjustable square over the edge of the fender to lay this out, I just need dimensions A, B, C and D.

On my shop van it looks like A=5.75, B=2, C=12, and D=5. HTH
