Sell the hubcaps.
Unless you have a time machine, your trucks full history will never be known.
All records were purged from system when truck was deemed surplus.
Some guys were lucky and had some maintenance paperwork still in truck.
If you knew bumper numbers, you could find out who/where it was assigned last.
One member who had access to some vehicle records, used to be able to look up some info, but the Govt. changed computer systems(?) and that isn’t feasible anymore.
Maybe still possible, but extremely time consuming, so I’ve read.
Buy the best parts parts you can afford and stay on top of maintenance and it will be very dependable.
