Flu419 loader to fit a u500

I picked up loader assembly off of a flu419. I need to do some fab work to make it fit on the front hitch of my u500. U500 attachments have these triangle weld on claws that insert into the top of the trucks front hitch. Anyone know where I could buy some of these weld on claws? Is there a Schmidt rep in the USA? I could call?

I also want to pull the bucket off of the front of the loader and buy or fab a plate that converts the loader to a skid steer quick tach setup. I found some companies that make conversion plates from the loader style to skid steer . With it being a Schmidt loader does anyone know if the front is a universal type style or is it unique to the see loader. I’m talking about the attachment points that attach to the bucket. For other tractors they make plates that convert it to skid steer style.. I would much rather buy a ready made conversion plate if there is on out there.

appreciate any help. I’m also looking or a hydraulic winch or 2.

Persistence pays off!

They are apparently called Anbauplate claw, there is a post on Benzworld talking about where to get them and the styles.

I have the attachment points that bolted to the frame of the FLU if that helps.image.jpg

Regarding the skid steer attachment, there is a company in Lena WI selling Flu’s on eBay that makes an adapter. It has been on my list to make one, but it will not be in the next few weeks.
As far as I know, it is not a standard. In fact, since the top and bottom pivot pins are offset, that seems to be different than most of the loaders on the market.

Have you looked at the Hauer loader engineer to fit the U500?

I haven't measured, or tried anything yet, but it sure looks like what's on the front of my "new" MB4/94 has the FLU style mounts bolted on there in addition to the plate with the triangles.

For the quick tach plate conversion I used a setup from palletforks.com.

Search for Anbauplate claw. For me the first result is the post on Benzworld saying where to get them.

I am not allowed to link to an eBay auction, so you will need to go to eBay, find the FLU for sale with the loader adapter and contact that seller.

Flu Farm made a post detailing his adapter and another fellow has a video on YouTube making his adapter. Try searching for them.

Yes, I will sell the mounting brackets from my parts pile. Message me.

Those are not what you need to mount a SEE loader, if I understand this even halfway correctly.
What you need has two large pins at the top and two blocks with holes for bolts at the bottom.
Yes I’m aware. I need the See frame brackets to use the See front end loader. Then Ill weld a plate on the SEE brackets . Then that plate needs to mount on my u500 front plate which requires the triangle claws for it to work. Hence why I need to find the weld on claws. Hopefully that made sense

It did make sense...except, I don't know if the claw setup is strong enough for loader use.
On my 4/94 the two systems are completely separate, bolted on to the same frame obviously.

Ill PM you. For everyone else you can buy the quick connect that converts the SEE loader to a skid steer quick connect hitch. The kit also comes with a skid steer receiver bracket to weld on the bucket its $1900 from d and B construction equipment. 800-567-3168

Ouch! That's about four times more than it costs to do it yourself.
Or maybe about the same cost if you need to buy a good MIG welder, too, which is reusable.

Depends on your situation I guess. My ROI of my time makes it cheaper and I have a full fab shop. I also have a skid steer with tons of attatchments, the u500 has plenty of flow for my attatchments. Plus the one attatchment I needed was a tooth bucket for my skid steer so Ill get that too........win win for me
