Flywheel inspection

Is there a way to remove the flywheel cover without removing anything else like the drive shaft or the crossover exhaust? It's a 6.5 na that has I believe the two piece cover. It has the separate part that removes to expose the starter bendix gear.

I have a ticking that seems to be coming from there and I just want to test bolt torque and for cracks.
