These are the cage bolts that were on my truck or any of these the wrong kind and or what am I missing obviously I'm missing a few. And I have three different lengths. Which length is for which position?

You need short ones for the cans where the shock won't allow the longer ones. You could have only short ones if you wanted.

I have some.
When I bought new canisters they came pre caged. With an extra cage bolt in the holster.
I’ve got extras.
