Being this seems like the repository everything pump related, thought i would update it.

In my quest to find a more inclusive kit for this pump, as I need some additional seals, balls and orings due to rust, i stumbled on this part number [Repair Kit No. 300140] which contains numerous matching part numbers for the 64574/58477 pump including the 3 SS recommended parts. 14121/17429/202613

-Items with * come in kit, Repair Kit No. 300140

-items in Italic/underlined match part number of 64574/58477 and TM

-Items Bold,
Italic/underlined, are the SS recommended parts

I was trying to find additional parts in a kit form verse buying separate. This gives you 23 parts included in the kit that are a direct part number match for the FMTV pump and 8 parts you may not us..again, price might dictate. 76.00 is what the kit goes for.

Considering the 3 SS parts alone are 60 dollars, for 76.00/Mro you get 20 additional parts.

This below list is the breakdown of a pump with similar features [100190,100195] https://www.spxflow.com/en/assets/pdf/100375_parts.pdf

Note-I also see a regulator and oilier made for the pump in the parts illustration.

I did another review to the TM, and found more part number matches

Buying all those little parts piece by piece would be very expensive. You can usually get away with the cup seal and a bumper. The bumpers disintegrate over time and then bits get into the system.

I 100% agree, however for the situation you need additional parts for your rebuild, with this kit you get a more inclusive kit inventory/rebuild..and a more complete bang for the buck.

I just finished bumping the alt parts kit 300140 to the TM and this kit for 76.00/mro gets you 23 replacement parts. Much cheaper if you need or want more and dont want to order additional pieces.

60 for 3 or 76 for 23:recovry4x4::recovry4x4:

Does anyone make a video as they were rebuilding the pump? I saw one from coachgeo but it is just a black box and no option to play it. If anyone has a video of the process please post it or email it to me john.eastman@charlottecountyfl.gov . We have (3) of these to rebuild on the M1078's we have as brush trucks for our Fire Dept. Thank you in advance.

A-firm, works perfectly for me to.

Maybe tap talk??

Well yesterday i received the tracking number for my 23 part kit, cost 76$ from MRO Hydraulic..part number 300140. see a couple posts above for inventory.

This will give me additional seals, gaskets and springs/check balls for a more complete/thorough overhaul.

Does anyone have any knowledge of how to rebuild or get parts for the direct rotary valve for the Hydraulic Manifold Assembly for raising and lowering cab? the valve turns all the way around and doesn't stop on selected lower or raise position making it very difficult to raise and lower cab. any information would be greatly appreciated.

The manual has the parts breakdown. There are 2 different types of boxes. I think some of it is just o rings. The part numbers in the tm do usually work for spx or parker parts.

I use a generic o ring kit for most things. The odd stuff you can find the nsn and sometimes there are different cross numbers. I have selector valves for one style box. The valves are not cross compatible between box styles.

That sounds like something mechanical is broken or missing. Regardless of O-Rings there is a mechanical stop internally that prevents 360 degree rotation.

I believe the mechanical "stop" is right behind the knob which doesn't require valve disassembly.
If you look at items 12 & 15, there's a small locating pin. It's been a while since I tore mine apart, but iirc all you need to do is remove the screw in the center of the knob.
If one of those selector knobs work you can use it to compare with the one that spins freely.
Hope this helps!
