Trying to find the location of the hydraulic supply line connection. Have a 5K crane that I am trying to power with a power pack that I built to provide hydraulic power to the crane. From the subframe connection where the return line, supply line and hand pump are located at. I have found the hand pump line and return line. Have not been able to locate the connection point on the manifold for the supply line. If someone could send me a picture of where it connects, I would greatly appreciate the help. I have gone through the TM but unable determine the exact location of the supply line connection.

Should be able to trace the line easily if you lower your spare. I would be concerned about reservoir volume. The AOP reservoir is not that large.

Yea are you trying to merge the 2 systems? Since the pump sets down in the reservoir, the AOP reservoir is maybe almost 1 qt?

If you are thinking of using the HPU on the truck system, Most electric HPU’s have pumps way too large for the system on the truck so the restrictors that keep the cylinder safeties from tripping, will keep the pump loaded to maximum and most of the hydraulic fluid flowing thru the HPU’s safety relief whenever it is engaged…
