FMTV Wrecker towing adapters

I got these adapters some years back in a lot of medium tow bars. I know they’re BII for one of the FMTV wreckers but can anyone tell me what they’re specifically used for?
Just trying to see if they’re of any use with an older wrecker before I sell them. I’m guessing they’re specific to the M1089 and therefore nothing I need.

Correct, they're only useful for the M1089 stinger to lift non-lmtv vehicles (M35, M939, etc) as the FMTVs dont need anything to connect to the stinger. That being said I'm interested.
