Found a cool little dump trailer today.

I found a little military dump trailer for sale today while I was out scrounging. It appears to be Jeep trailer, but I could find any pics that were just like it. I KNOW something here with know what it is.

how dose it dump? do you hook the pintle up and it dumps out the side?

M-416 was trailer of choice behind M-151 MUTT's and according to P.S Mag. was
what should be pulled behind the M-1009's,but I thought that was a PITA>

Is it not a dump? I stopped by and snapped a few pics< but I was in hurry. I saw what appeared to be a latch to dump it on passenger side front. My little boy was in the waiting in the M1009, so I didn't look under it anything.

He has $700 OBO on the sign. I just bought a M101A2, so I don't plan on buying it. I have no idea what they worth, but it seemed a little high to me. I will pass on the number if anyone wants it.

$700 for a M416 trailer isnt a crazy price for a specimen in good shape....

I seen a m416 trailer on GL go $800 just last month. These trailers are getting hard to find. Offer the guy $500, he might take it.

I had a customer stop by the shop the other day towing one. I commented how nice it was and he said he paid $800.00 for it at a local show. The PO had cut a tail gate into it that he had to repair to original.

I had to pay $800 for mine with civie lights and bad tires, and drove three hours to get it! I love it! And got the hang of it behind the M1009 very quickly...

I have three M101A2 trailers and like them a lot too, but the M416 is easier to deal with for small loads (parking etc...) and easier on the M1009
