I purchaced my deuce a few months ago. Had a funny noise. Turns out my t case is not letting all the way go when turned off. So i droped the front shaft and just leave it switched to on.. What i am wondering is the switch maybe letting some air by. which is just enough to make my T Case gears touch. When swiched on there is no noise and everything is good. When swiched to off after a few minutes the gears start to contact making a not nice sound.
Some imput would be great. Thanks guys

Pull the air line off the cyl on the T-case and squirt some oil in there. Sounds like it is sticking while trying to release. You may have to pull it and rebuild the cyl. You have been warned, it isn't fun, but it IS doable.
