Does anybody have more info about the socket/tool needed to tighten the spindle nut? What size is it? Part number to buy one somewhere?

I don't see a drawing to make one in the back of the manual, nor do I see a part number called out anywhere.

Thanks!

Does the "GOV" in the part number specify that it is special? Deeper than a standard OTC1913?

I see commercial ones about 4" deep are easily available? Will those work too?

I would assume so and yes it needs to be the seven inch to reach in over the long spindle. Yea seen where OP's just added more length to a standard 1913.

The TM calls for 50 foot pounds then back off 1/4 turn. Then 10 to 20 foot pounds and see if the inner gear plate lines up with the pin. If not do not tighten but you can back off one spline.
I took all of mine to 20 and had one line up perfect the rest had to adjust a tad.
