Frustrating - EUC approved today, and govplanet.com is down all day

I called and tried to schedule a pickup after getting my EUC back by email this morning. The woman at govplanet/Ritchie said there systems are down and they have no idea when they are coming back and that I couldn't schedule pickup. That was 11:30 am this morning, nearly 7 hours ago.

How very frustrating . . .

I was able to log in to get my Item Release form at 4:20 Yermo California time, but the system is reeeeaaaaally sloooooooow. At least it's operable...but barely.

Well it's back, but of course they are closed for the day. Does this mean I get a day's extension on the pickup timing?

You have 60 days to pick it up from the day your euc clears before you have an issue

And if you think being down a day so you have 1 extra day to get your truck is frustrating then apparently you didn't buy a truck when the EUC wait time was 8 to 10 months.
