Just wanted to thank everyone for the advice and tips. I ended up changing all the rubber lines to the tank and removed check valves. Also replaced the lift pump and dropped in a new filter. I used a semi truck hand prime pump to suck fuel into the fuel filter housing. That worked great. Then it was just a matter of bleeding air out of the filter housing bleed screw. She's running like a top.
