I have fuel seeping out around the fuel injector pipe where it goes into the fuel injector. I tried tightening the nut a bit, but it doesnt budge. Do I need a new pipe, or can these be repaired?

Your injector line may be cracked at the flare connection. They are known to crack from vibration and age. Sometimes if the injector line clamps are missing next to the valve covers it will cause the tubing to crack or if they get manipulated and over-tighten when worked on.

Unfortunately they don't make new injector lines for the 6.2s anymore but I hear the 6.5s will work with some minor manipulation. Or you can purchase a good used one from someone.

I had to replace 3 of my lines when I first got my M1009.

Good luck

Hillbilly Wizard has good take off parts. Get injectors plus a line set.
The injector line nuts only need 15 foot pounds to seal. Any more risks this failure.

I now think that it was power steering fluid that got sprayed up onto the injector from leaking hose. I am replacing the steering lines now. I will start it up tomorrow and find out.
