How hard is this to fix?

What are some point of interest when trying to repair?

Do you have the TM? have you done a search here on SS about R&R the injection pump?

I know for a fact all the info, pictures, hints are all posted here. Use the search function and you can get a step by step with pictures.

Yes used the search and didn't come across anything in this field and the resource tab at the top just returns me to the home page for some reason.

Also, I've found it helps if you go to the "deuce" forum and use the "search this forum" search, rather than search the whole site.

Thats why I asked where its leaking. Could be that bolt, could be HH o-rings, could be a ferrule on an injector line.

Start it up and spray it down with brake cleaner. See what is leaking. Could save you hours of work and broken parts.
