Fuel Problem, check valve in supply pump keeps sticking

Has anyone had trouble with the check valve in the injection pump sticking? My truck has sit a while and this check valve keeps sticking on me, I can take an air hose and blow in the fuel line and it frees up, then it starts and runs perfect until the next time I try to start. Thanks for any info, James

I would suggest draining your filters, and pre filling them with atf and diesel kleen, let it get into the IP and sit for a few hours to clean stuff up in there
