I like being able to swap between cargo truck mode and overlanding truck mode, so I keep it simple.

Agreed, it is nice to see a simple, functional build that can be used for different tasks. I am currently looking for a non-MV work/play truck. Can't afford to have a different vehicle for every task!

I do! I designed and fabricated them, modeled after the medical litter racks I've seen in Blackhawks and cargo aircraft.

Also, did you know the troop seats in LMTVs and other cargo trucks are specifically designed to support litters?

Just a suggestion on that welding table. I have the same. You will see a huge difference if you weld angle iron under the top. No more wobbly top!
