doe's anyone have a part # for the fusable links for the alteernator wiring, looked all over the TM'S and can't seem to find a part #. have traced my problems charging and have 3 bad ones

There isn't a part number for fusable links. You have to find which wire it is, check the diagrams for the size and then crossreference it for the wire gauge.

Then you go to NAPA or other parts house and buy the proper gauge wire.

Sometimes they will have the ends already installed, must most of the time you will have to crimp them yourself.

Normally the color of the fusable link will tell you what the wire gauge is:

BLUE - 12ga
RED - 16ga
ORANGE - 20ga

Make sure you read the first few pages of the Troubleshooting Section of the TM 9-2320-289-20 or TM 9-2320-289-34 manual. It covers how to read the diagrams, what the wire numbering means and what the wire sizes are.
