you have the curves of the roof frame or body that has seen the junkyard you visited?
The dashboard of your G506 is the military model. Those three holes are where are the switches. Lacks only the mounting plate, just like you saw in CCKW junkyard. The instruments that are installed are used in the civilian model. It was quite common that the transition from military models 1941-1942 which also contained parts of the civil or even the subsequent exchange where they used what was available for maintenance. My G506 has a panel of civilian model (even has an ashtray) and instruments of the military model.
