Cool! Something like that would probably be very popular in the USA, too. I think someone was trying to get such an operation off the ground, but ran into "insurmountable" obstacles such as liability insurance (a biggie), protests from various "tree-hugger" groups, protests from local "concerned citizens" citing all the noise andexhaust pollution, zoning restrictions, you name it. If there is no ordinance to prevent such activity, they'll call an emergency meeting of the city council or the county board for the sole purpose of creating an ordinance.
