Gl has lost it!!

I have bought a LOT of crap from GL, and for the most part, it has gone smoothly. The part I hate is when you call or send and email, you get a "cookie-cutter" generic response that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the issue at hand. As a matter of fact, on a sale two weeks ago, I looked at the invoice, and they charged me the identical amount of sales tax on two different sale prices, from TWO DIFFERENT STATES!! So I send an email requesting that they review/correct the problem. Today I get a response stating if I would like to be "tax exempt", I need to fill out the following forms, etc.

My next headache.lol Good luck to us both.

The whole deal of the revision was due to a date not being in the box.. Really, give me a break.. But I am thankful for the Lady who was able to assist me and get the thing corrected.
Now to get the taxes fixed.. No EUC's . would be great!

You really can't complain about GL if YOU did not fill it out correctly , they did their job sending it back to you . Their job is the middleman between you and battle creek , they can't make changes for you . So it really does no good to start a thread bashing GL for your mistake. Your dealing with the government the i's have to be doted and the t's have to be crossed by you .

Porky , Read the **** thread if your going to respond! They misplaced my papers 2x. then the third time was for the corrections. The correction was where you sign and date the Final sheet. The date 2011 was not all in the box, I had one number "1" outside of the box. Now as far as the goobement I know more about them than I ever care to know,but I thank you for your concern. I am not bashing anyone. I am stating facts about my experience today with GL..

What the **** is going on at GL? Everything was fine last night , then I get another email stating that they can't read the F***ng papers. Put your **** eyeglases on Lynn. I Would rather pay the 25% on the bid and walk away from this b..h for crying ou loud I am not buying a frigin airplane .. if I was then all this **** would be worth it, but it is a **** trailer.. A trailer I say.. Sorry fellows. I am just pissed..

The EUC is, in fact, a necessary evil when it comes to NATIONAL SECURITY. By design, your "just a trailer" is classified as a TACTICAL WEAPON OF WAR, and therefore, in the eyes of those wishing to keep such items out of the hands of this nation's enemies, MUST be controlled and the transfer of ownership APPROVED.

You are welcome to abide by those rules, or simply quit playing the game.

While I personally do not believe that the current EUC process is perfect, I DO believe in and FULLY ENDORSE its fundamental purpose. I applaud the hard working people to DO try to be sure that all the T's are crossed and the I's dotted.

Sorry if I'm peeing on your pity-party, but, if you had read the MANY threads on the topic here, you probably wouldn't be taking your current red-tape challenges quite so badly or personally.

Just look at the satisfaction you will gain for having survived your Close Encounter of the Federal Gooberment Kind.

This EUC thing is not much, just a little jog in the GL world, wait till thay LOOSE your item, give you the WRONG item, MOVE your item after paid in full 100 miles to save space, part of your item is MISSING, sold YOUR item again, there is another dozen GL item events that are a LOT WORSE then a screwed up EUC which a lot have had, just calm down, high blood pressure just causes heart attacks, not speedy EUCs. Remember if it can be done with GL involved it will be/can done, this is part of the FUN of working with GL. ALL WAYS A CRAP SHOOT
