The first EUC I had was done by Tiffany Liddile. She was very helpful. I had several things wrong and she walked me through it with several e-mails and even a phone call. By far the best exsperience I've had with GL.

Same sort of thing with my SF97. Faxed them the info, got the "fax sent" confirmation from the machine. Called GL two weeks later and they "did not receive the fax". Resent and called to make sure they received - and this time they did. Quick phone call to confirm receipt of any documents would seem to make sense.

More often then not I have to resubmit EUCs They always calim they did not get them, even with registered mail.
