Hi, i changed the fuses in the box under the dashboard, and now the truck don't run!!! i have idea that preheat of glow plugs don't work, because i don't hear the two beep of the preheat, and the engine don't starts!!! in the engine compartment i've found a label, anyone know what it means? ""NOTICE: THIS RELAY IS AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLED. ANY ATTEMPT TO BY-PASS RELAY WITH JUMPER WIRE OR REWIRE FOR MANUAL CONTROL MAY RESULT IN GLOW PLUG FAILURE" it might have to do with my operation with the fuses? how to unlock this situation? Thank you all! bye.

Well I'm by no means an expert on electrical . But I know the label to which you are referring is for the glow plug relay. And ironically the way to tell if it is shot is by turning on the key, and jumping the two large leads for 10 seconds, then try starting the truck. If it lights off then you know you either have a bad GP relay or a problem back FROM there.

Thank you Drock; but sorry my language is very poor, what do you mean by "to tell if it is shot is by turning on the key, and jumping the two large leads"? I use Google Translate but isn't clear; what is large lead? thank you for all, excuse if i don't understand! bye.

The glow plug relay is located under the hood on the driver side firewall, near the warning to not jumper the gp relay. There are several styles.

Sorry, we use a lot of slang here in the states. Buy "shot" I mean bad
