Glow Plug Relay Part Number or One That Will Work

Local parts stores and online searching have produced no results for a new glow plug relay. I have used part number PAQZZ 72005 98226 and 5945-01-192-8653. Does anyone know where I can purchase one of these.
This is for a 1985 M1009

NAPA ST-85 is one of the better.

I am trying to keep it as original as possible and was hoping to find an original. Didn't know if there was an original parts distributor? Sorry. was not specific.

Even the military upgraded the relays from the brown bakelite units to the steel housing units.
