Glow Plug system..... help

could some one please send me the link to the Glow Plug resistors bypassed, HOW TOO!!!

Here is one method some say overkill and say just connect to the 12volt supply near the firewall of your GP relay. But this works for me. I prob should add a piece of fusible link wire to the end of it
