Glow Plugs stuck ON

Got a M1008 from government surplus. GP card was missing so I bought one and installed it. Now my M1008 glow plugs and wait light are on all the time! Has anyone run into this problem before? Is there possibly a bad input to the controller or is the GP card itself definatly the culprit? HELP!?

Do you have a copy of the manuals? If so, there's an electrical troubleshooting section in the -20 TM that should help you diagnose the root problem. If not, you can download them from the resources section. TM 9-2320-289-20
