Glowplug afterglow duration.

Hello everyone, I was wondering how long the afteglow cycle should be on a cold start. I have attached a video of a cold start, it was 2 degrees celsius (35 fahrenheit) and the truck had been sitting overnight. The truck has been converted to 12 volt and the plugs have been changed to Acdelco 60gs. I have also changed the coolant temperature sensor on the back of the driver side head. I have read in TM 20 that they should cycle on and off after startup, but on my truck they stay on continuous for about 30 sec after startup. Is this normal or does the glow plug card need to be changed? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Your GP card is functioning properly.

In cold temperatures the afterglow period can be as long as 45 seconds.
