Got a load bank from GL looking for a manual, or some help.

I have acquired a 0-33kW load bank, that looks like it might be made by Electro Services, but it has a Libby Manufacturing tag on it. Built in April 87, It appears like it might be an early version of the Electro Services A427.

It is a LCNFM1, 6625-01-220-2619

Does anybody know anything about it, a manual would be a huge help, or anything else. Gimpy has possession of it at the moment, so pictures are sparse.

Any information that anyone has would be appreciated.

Jim and/or GimpyRob,

any word on these old load banks? Looking at a pretty clean one. This is the only post citing this particular model. 0-33 KW with variable control seems pretty ideal. Down side is the size and several states away.

Thanks,

Matt

Or he's already one of us and he'll find this thread.
Sorry @98G, I'll fess up it was me. I've been looking for a load bank for nearly 10 years. They don't get much closer to me than in Kansas. Feels weird being on the lucky side of a bid for a change. Usually I'm the one setting a max bid and getting poached by 1.

Looks like this unit will need a little tlc. I see at least 1 broken switch and a knob that's missing on the connection block.

LOL! It happens. I was going to go $505 on it, a bite at a time. Would you have gone further?

I'll probably be making a trip to Abilene some time in the next few weeks. I can grab it then and it's welcome to hang out in my barn until you get a chance to come get it.
