Picked up another dump from Albany and outher then little crinkle on right fender all the metal is in good shape and trace rust. I did find 1/2 of tar in the bottom of both tanks. Don't know what they put in the tanks for storage but it was the wrong stuff. i will probely just swap out with some parts trucks instead of cleaning.
The good news is the new pto and pump they put on . Nice up grade.

Congrats. That looks cool. Thanks for posting the pics. I see it has the air intake extension on it. Do you know what branch of the service it came out of? Just curious.

Most out of Albany are USMC tall intakes, fording kits and lockers in both rears.

35 trucks I think would be a motor pool. Thats not counting the 4 cranes and 3 semi trailers.

We had an issue one time with some of our trucks (this was when the new 900 series 5 tons came out). They had put a coating on the inside of the fuel tanks that was supposed to reduce condensation. Too bad it was soluble in diesel fuel.....every truck in the fleet had to have the fuel tanks removed and boiled out to remove the crap.....one truck went through six sets of filters in two weeks.

The Marines may have had the same issue.
